thanks for the response. I've read this thread quite a bit and you seem to be one step ahead of me by going ahead and actually moving out of your house. We're still debating whether to or not!
The initials of our CO are TB, so slightly different from everyone else's then - not sure if this is a good or bad thing.
I may take your advice and email our CO tomorrow. I'll post any updates here.
