hi
Just another question about medicals, sorry.....
my daughter (5) had a kidney removed as a baby and has reflux on the other kidney, she takes antibiotics daily as a preventative measure and now has yearly check ups, she is fit and well.
Should i get a report about her from our gp or consultant to take to the medical or will copies of our notes be required anyway for the panel dr.
Thanks

You should get a report from her nephrologist to take along to your meds which states her condition, treatment and likely prognosis.
