almost got it
had email from my case officer stating that she got all my documents , and while she was trying to grant me the visa a system error happened and the IT people are working on it.
i thing th visa is only couple of miles away from email inbox.
just came on time as was going down every day waiting

at least you had news and good ones....
I am still at "limbo"....waiting for their decision...
