Hi I hope someone can advise,

spoke to a lovely lady from IAS. And had a conversation and did a check on me and my partner, stating we passed the first stage but we have only gave a basic outline for our lives and qualification, so what I’m asking is this normal?
also I concerned that no money figures have been stated yet, so how much are we looking at agent fees ? We also not sure what visa we looking at which path?
also does anyone know if me and my partner are not married is this a issue? And to add more complication I’m married to someone but been apart for 11/12 years would this be an issue ?
