can any one give me some advice? i fear i have made a big mistake regarding my choice of agent. when we first met, i asked her if she was registered with MARA and she told me that only agents "in" australia had to be registered with MARA, and that she was a member of the MIA! after checking the MIA webbie i decided to go with her as it all seemed above board. i have since found out that she isn't "registered" with them but she's an affiliate member! can anyone advise me as to what rights i have if everything goes pear shaped. i'm applying for the spouse visa and have already paid half her fee upfront, thanx
