Letter from the court service, plus any other evidence showing settlement in Australia and/or intentions to remain. Evidence explaining previous absences may also be helpful. Statutory Declaration on circumstances and intentions may also be helpful.

A concessional RRV can take a few weeks, so it would not be recommended to wait long after arriving before making application.
