Default ACS - MCSE NT4 - transcript doesn't say MCSE

Was hoping someone can help.

I recently submitted my ACS application.

I obtained MCSE (NT4) status in 1999. I submitted all relevant references to ACS together with a recent Microsoft transcript and my MCSE certificate.

However the MS transcript doesn't state MCSE because this was recently printed off from the secure MCP login area and and of course the status shows as MCP these days due to the NT4 being retired and replaced with MCSE 2000 / 3.

I received an e-mail from ACS asking me to submit a transcript showing my MCSE status as the one I've submitted only shows MCP status.

As I don't have the original anymore, this will not be possible due to the new upgraded MCSE.

Can someone suggest anything to help me?

Your advice appreciated.

Just upgrade your certification.

how about emailing microsoft [email protected]?
I'm sure they can help you.
You're still an MCSE even if there is already version 2000 or version 2003, so that should still come out there. I'm not too sure about IT profs, but for developers, it says MCSD then the version (either .NET or something else). So, I'd supposed you'd have same in your transcript.
