SM2. Security management
OM. OUTCOMES MANAGEMENT
OM1. Organisational and Management Concepts
OM2. Change management
Which category should i select as per my experience ?
Regards,
Sherry

Thanks ..
But is it necessary to select one from all 4 categories ?
If yes then you did not advise anything from SM:Service Management.

Hi
I have been involved in ERP Implementation since the beginning and have comepleted 5 Implementation cyles along with support after GO LIVE.
First 3 implementations were of locally developed ERP and remaining 2 were on SAP SD Mobdule specifically.
We have used following steps in ERP implementation:
1- Scoping : This is more related to business development aspect. I used to visit propospected clients and get an overview of their exixting Information systems. Later i made a report identifying loops holes and how my ERP is going to add value to them.
2- Making Business Blue Print (BBP) : Once project of ERP is awarded to my company, i made BBP which captures in detail the steps required to configure the SAP system to meet the business requirements.
3- Relaization :Here i do the configuration in the development server of ERP related to SD module. I prepare user tarining manuals and train power users on new ERP.
5- Go live preparation : Upload collected master data into production server for the live use and suport LIVE process in case if problem arise.
