You will need Qualification certificate and transcript or a letter to that effect. I would presume you could not get this until March. You could apply to ACS in February and these documents could follow in March

hi welshtony,

thanks for your reply. you mean i can apply to ACS assessment in february but it would be allright to send incomplete aplication. I mean will they accept my application if i dont have completion letter. For applying for PR do i need completion letter at the time of application. ACtually i wanted to know if i can apply PR and assessment at same time in february end.

regards
jimmy

Hi Jimmy,

Actually if you're studying in India, not Australia, I think you need to read my post yesterday about deeming dates. I would not be confident - if your qualification is necessary for you to meet ACS Group A or Group B requirements - that you could qualify for the visa with an assessment based on work experience prior to graduation.

For onshore students you can lodge the application as soon as the final qualification results are published and then supply other documentation afterwards.

Cheers,

Hi George,

I am studying in Australia. In my case my results will be declared in first week of march but completion letter i would get by end of march. U mean i can apply to ACS assessment and apply for PR at the same time as soon as my results declared.

Hi Jimmy,

Yes that's what I mean. You should change the location under your name. Very hard to study in Australia while your location is India :-)

Cheers,
