As i did not uploaded empl ref from my manager stating roles/respon on company letter head and they want me to provide everything on single company letter head.

Now there is another way on ACS website is to get statuary declaration:

I am applying from india and hence , please let me know should i get all those roles/resp on this stamp paper of Rs100/200 and get it notarized from notary public.
Will it work.
since for india, i dont think i can use the form available on ACS website.
If any one is having the format please share it with me.
It is urgent ...please help.

This may be better in its own thread - it has no relevance to state sponsorship or NSW.

Every Network Security Engineer is Network Engineer however, Every Network Engineer is not a Network Security Engineer. Hence apply for Network Engineer and get all your experience counted.

Default ACS assesment -- Qualification query

Hi,
I've Bachelors of Technology in Electronics & comm. Engineering and from last 5 years I'm working as a Business Analyst.
I want to apply for skill assesment under ICT Business Analyst 261111.
Can I apply for skill assesment?
Will my qualification be regraded as ICT major or Minor?
Will my qualification be considered as Closely related to ICT Business Analyst role?
And how much experience I need to show for Business Analysis role?

Thanks & Regards,
Manish

Does your degree covered computing subjects and which relates or similar to your current job? if not in my opinion, you may have to choose RPL.

Cheers,
PB.

Does the ACS assessement form the basis of the validation of your work experience as part of your application?
Are they performing the part of the assessment that your skills come up to the standard for the points you are claiming?
The reason is that i would need to self certify, as ive been employed freelance for the last 10 years.
Or are the points determined by your application after you are invited to apply?
I dont want to have to get a positive response from the ACS only to find that after forking out 3060$ the goverment assessment says my work experience isnt up to standard that they require, would ACS validate this before i apply, this would be much more favourable and remove some of the risk from my application (if i decide to apply).
Thanks in Advance.

Default ACS Skill Assessment questions

I have some questions regarding ACS skill assessment for 189 visa.
1. ACS requires all documents certified and uploaded only. I'm wondering whether I could just color-scan the original documents? Has anyone done that before successfully?

2. Regarding the format/content of the employment reference. My employer could only provide it in certain format, e.g. without company logo/letterhead, would that be a problem? Is there any other option?

3. How long are those documents valid for? I have some documents issued years ago, could this be a problem?

It's highly appreciated that if anyone of you could comment or has ever done it before.

1. Colored copies would be fine .... I had done that way when I completed my assessment.

2. You have to provide reference letter on letter head mentioning your salary, number of working hours/week, your designation, period of working there and your job responsibilities in detail in the form of bullets (better option).

3. Time of issuance doesn't matter, if a document is originally relating to you then its relating to you whether you have got that document today or years back.

Regards,

Umar Farooq.
