Can someone advise..

To kick of the migration process - is the skills application through ACS the 1st thing to do?

If you are going on a 175 visa and you have enough points (including the points if you pass), then yes get working on the ACS application as you will need it to apply.

First of All, Identify the organization which is going to assess your skills, ACS is only for assessing the Information Communication Technology skill set, If you are one, then Go ahead with ACS...
