DazFez - Does the letter from ACS state that you have MODL? if not, I don't think you can claim it.....check with your agent

It says that I have code 2231-79 (C# Specialist) which is on the MODL list and confirms that I have 12 months experience in this area. I think it should be OK but I will check with my agent.

In process since 12/03/08, still in process today, going to try not checking every day to see if it helps,

I've been "in process" since 5th March.

Have a look at www.beupdate.co.uk - it gives you an idea of how long the processing is taking.

We've been "in process" since 5th March - we set off so well too - we sent our paperwork via UPS on the Friday, it was received in the ACS office on the Monday & "in process" only a couple of days later on the 5th...nothing since....:curse::curse::curse:

Off 2 Oz - I have to tell you that I've only checked 5 or 6 times since it went "in process" - I still have to refer to the email to get the log in information. But it's still on my mind. I think we got "set up" with the 2 week and 2 day Positive result reported on this thread last week.

Just checked ours....still "in process"....has been since March 5 But I'm ready for the next stage

Just put this on another thread, but thought it might be helpful here also:

So:

12th Feb - Application received

to

20th March - With Assessor

to

25th March - Letter received

So all in all, from them having our application, to us receiving the letter - 6 weeks! So much faster than they say, I almost feel like writing them a thank you email, as its so rare for these agencies to work quickly!

Good luck to everyone still waiting.

That's a decent timeline. And it seems so painless when you write it. How did you do between March 20 and March 25th? (That's when I'm really biting my nails to the nibs)

Congratulations! What's your area of expertise? Did you write an RPL?
