i would really appreciate if you could guide me about the ACS assesement. I have over
4 years total IT experience last 3 of which are on ESM which is my are of expertise.
The ACS site suggests that I need employer referral too.I have been working for
different clients over the past 2 years for the same parent company,in this case how
can I ask my current employer for referral letter as this will make them suspicius of
my intent to leave them??Can I explain this to ACS in my application or should I just
not send referaals?will it have a negative impact on my PR application?
I would also like to claim bonus 10 points for wrking in my specialised are can some
one throw some more light on it?? rgds vas

Re: acs
Hi!
In my case I got the reference letters from my clients,
in order not to disturb my employer's thought about my future.
I think you shouldn't skip the reference letters.

I dont know what you put on the referral letter but I told my current employer I was
going after a car loan and needed proof of employment.
my employer gave me a letter with job title and description, length of employment
and salary.
If you word your CV properly and then get refs from your the clients it should look
real good.
