Good luck for your PR application.

If no CO is assigned for more than a year, does the ACS skills assessment lose its validity?

No, the date of visa application is considered for expiration of your assessment result. If you do not file your PR visa application then your ACS assessment is expried and you have to do re-assessment.

Hi Zane,
My area is about database...I have consulted my agent and he said that the ACS has a tendency of reassigning the ASCO code. 2231-79 and 2231-11 are closely related in my case. So I should not worry about it.

Thanks for all the advice

Hi, JBS

In which country you are resding , since my status changed to "with assessor" on 9-Apr-2009 and "case finalized" on 16-Apr-2009", But still did not received my result letter. I am from India. and in how many days it arrives in India, any idea. And it has been 19 days since my status page displays msg to wait for 21 days if outside Oz. So should I contact ACS regarding this or not.

I was about to reply to you but hey...see what you have got! Well done!

BTW, my letter reached quite fast as i used an agent in Oz and the letter was sent to him rather than myself.

Thanks
