I have some questions like
1-when they will assign CO to my Case??(Should i wait till june 2010)?? As its my 18th month of waiting:(.
2-Can i do another assessment, now i am sure i can get MODL as i did
my MCPD in C#.But can DIAC will accept my new ACS and will include me in CSL???.
I will very thankfull, if someone give me correct information and advise

1. The first question is a crystal ball one. Based on current information it is unlikely that applicants without employer sponsorship/ state sponsorship / csl will be handled this new financial year (2009-2010), so you are up for a very long wait.

2. To change your ASCO code requires an new application. You can find this information in the FAQ on the DIAC website:

Q6 If I get a new skills assessment for an occupation listed on the Critical Skills List, will I then be eligible for priority processing? Can I change my nominated occupation?
No, you cannot change your nominated occupation once you have lodged your visa application in order to access priority processing. If you have a new skills assessment and want to change your nominated occupation, you will need to lodge a new visa application with a new visa application charge (VAC). Please note that there is no capacity to transfer (VAC) payments to another GSM visa application. Also, the legislation allows only limited conditions under which refunds are granted.
Not the news you want to hear I guess.
