Sorry pollyana and gr8leo87, you got me wrong. I was just inquiring about this DRC. I am a fresh applicant and i was just wondering if i can use it in my case. I got a reply from my agent today that nothing can be done now because it has been temporarily suspended. He was about to use it in october, 2009 but unfortunately i got negative assessment and and he mentioned DRC at that time as well, but at that time i could not understand it's meaning.
