887 Visa Error Our records indicate that family member is not .....
 

Hi all,

I am currently on 475 visa and got eligible to apply for Skilled Regional visa (subclass 887). My wife is on Skilled Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 489).
Now while filling online application I am getting following error:

"The following errors have been encountered:
1. Our records indicate that family member is not the holder of a pre-requisite visa. Please check and re-enter details. If your family unit member is not the holder of pre-requisite visa record their details as non accompanying dependant. For further information or assistance contact an office of this department. See eVisa Enquiries and Technical Help"

Now I cant move forward. I rang the department and inquire about the solution. As per them its a known issue, and want me to apply using paper based application.

Now they dont have specific form to apply paper based. And advised 2 different forms at 2 different occasion that both look irrelevant.

So now my question from the Forum is if any one encounter this issue and solution for it. Thanks for the prompt reply.
