820 visa - when to do health assessment?

820 visa - when to do health assessment?
Hi guys, we submitted the visa application this morning and the bridging visa will kick in on the 17th May.
At what point would we arrange a medical?

When asked by the co. No point doing them till then as they will expire as on shore applications are taking a lot longer than 12 months which is the validity of medicals and police checks.
