8 months... and still counting...
Called DIMA Kuala Lumpur. Lady there told me they are processing April 2001 batch. I
lodged mine in July 2001. Arrgghhhh! This is frustrating!
The last time I called DIMA was on 12-Dec-2001 and they told me that they were
processing the February 2001 batch which means, they take an average of 3 months to
process 2 month's applications. Looks like I have to wait for another 4.5 months for
them to start processing my application and probably will get an answer by year end.
I would be too old to look for a job by then

Hi Dtmig, thanks for your word of comfort.
I have been reading here that some people were complaining that applications sent
directly to Adelaide is being processed much faster. Is that true?
I wonder if Adelaide gives priority to IT people who are not from Australia
University. I know DIMA KL doesn't. They said you must be an IT grad from an
Australia University to qualify for Fast Track.
Oh well... keep on waiting I guess.
