676 multiple travel visa.... help please

676 multiple travel visa.... help please
Mother is 60 years old. She was granted a visa last 1999Jan
Visa class: TR visitor
visa subclass: 676
Conditions: sched 8
*granted on this date. must not arrived after this date. MULTIPLE TRAVEL.
*Holders permitted to remain in autralia for three months from date of each arrival*
Note: passport already expired with the visa in it.Acquired new passport. Would this really cause problem with the immigration?
She was able to validate her visa by arriving to autralia before the specified date.
Question is, is this visa still valid from this date forward?. Could anyone on same boat advise meaning of multiple travel in
her visa and its limitation?.... Any help please?....

The visa will say MUST NOT ARRIVE AFTER [date].
That means what it says. She cannot use the visa to arrive in Australia after this point, and needs a new visa in that case.
