What is the probability to obtain invitation for civil engineering technologist from491subclass with70points.?isn't there any chance in this year?
I'm an offshore applicant.

For a 491 visa you must be nominated by state / territory or sponsored by a relative.

Thank you. I need to know with this year quota will i have chance with 70points.actually in this year isn't there chance for offshore applicants?

As an offshore candidate you may not be successful with only 70 points. I checked SA site and they invite 'top ranking' EOI's. I'm not sure if you select which state you are hoping to be sponsored by any more, but it may be worth checking how each state / territory selects candidates as it used to be you could name states / apply direct.
