CO allocated in January 2016, Submitted all the documents in March 2016, Employer verification done April First week 2016 still do not get grant of visa. So please can anybody suggest me when i will get visa grant and why it takes so much time? Because my condition is o bad. Somebody said that i will get grant after July 2016 is it right? Please guide me
It takes time to grant it because you are not the only person waiting. DIBP will go through all their processes and if you qualify for a grant then they will issue a visa when they are ready.
Nobody can tell you when that will be.

I don't understand what you mean about your condition being so bad, that term is usually applied to medical problems. If you havve a bad medical condition you may not get the visa anyway.

That is not a category of visa, it is presumably simply the nominated occupation. In which case, why would it matter whether anyone else has applied under the same occupation? The processing queue is not divided into occupations.

Given the current desperate drought in much of Queensland and the fact many farmers across the state are struggling, I can't imagine why anyone would be migrating to join them.

Dear experts, is it mandatory to work 1 year on tax out of 4 year visa in regional in same occupation? Or can we work as self employed in other fields or do job in different occupation. Like we talk about drought in queensland and my occupation is farmer and can do other work until condition of droughts become in good condition.

You are not forced to do a particular work. You do need to live and work in a regional area for the duration of your visa, not just one year of it.

Doesn't matter where you land providing you land in Australia within the dates specified on the visa confirmation.

They'll need the documents to be able to assess your case. There's no real point in them asking for documents after they've made a decision.
