489 visa family or state sponsor?

Hi everyone I have decided to go down the 489 visa route.I would like to know should I go with family sponsor or state sponsor?I am eager to get there ASAP.Skills assessment (fitter general)done ielts score 7.I have done some reading and all says go down the state sponsor but I have a first cousin in Victoria and fitter is not on their list.Would it be harder and longer to try Victoria or easier and faster to South Australia state sponsor.Any information or advice is much appreciated.

Have you looked at a 189? It would be easier and a lot quicker if you are eligible.
