Default 47sk signatures

Hi,
we are about to send off our visa application today and are a bit confused. As my wife is the main applicant for the subclass 136 skilled independent visa does she only need to sign Q125 "Declaration for all applicants". We have seen the part R declarations for SIR visas and were wondering have we missed something?

Help much appreciated, Loz

Hi Loz

Your wife will need to sign the declaration for all applicants. The other doesnt apply unless you are going on a independent regional visa.

Hi Loz,

You should both be signing the last page declaration on social security. Probably, unless MODL, you'd be best advised to complete the skill matching section and have her sign that, and of course there's the payment, if using credit card sign that too. So there might be as many as four signatures from her, but who's counting?

Cheers,

George Lombard
