I had applied for 475 family sponsored visa in Jun '08. My nominated occupation is neither on the CSL or MODL. With the latest processing priorities we are pushed to the bottom of the pile.

We have front loaded Medicals and PCC and the same is valid untill Jun'09.

If we dont get any news before that .....We will need to redo Medicals and PCC .....so hoping for the best.

Just need to wait and watch ........

Anyone else out there with the same situation??????????

My Wife and I are on a 475 sponsored, so far as i am aware her profession is not on the CSL or MODL either.
We applied May 08 our agent reckons give it a year to expect a CO appointment...so I guess worse case may be May 09 ???

hi guys, I am going to apply in mar 09 in the same category , just dont know and hesitating Is this the time to apply or not because I dont see any hope to assign of co till end of next year, because their fees also AUD2100 non refundable. Can anyone give me an advice to apply or not I would really appreciate and you guys above applied for provisional or permanent visa?
