475 to go home for vac.

475 to go home for vac.
hi,i am a 475(regional sponsored) visa and i come here in aust last june 2012,this coming december i ask my emloyer to go home and visit my family for three weeks only in my country which is outside of australia and he agree and give me holidays for 3 weeks,my questions is that allowed in my visa?....since my only condition in my visa is study and work in regional area and there is no mention that i am physically present in australia within three yeards,so i presumed that is alright?and besides after two years when i apply for PR i will add 3 weeks after 2 years so that i can compensate the time that i have absent here in Australia,is that acceptable.....hope for your kind help....thanks and more power....
