457 new rules question
Hi
Can anybody tell me if the recent rule changes to 457 visas will affect me in any way? I am in the process of applying for a direct 457 visa sponsorship - not via a third party labor hire company. I understood that the article below affected just people going through 3rd party sponsors - but a conversation with a friend today has led me to believe that it may also affect direct sponsorships. Can anybody cast some light on this?

Appears to affect labour hire agencies, rather than direct sponsors.
