2 yr DeFacto Check
Hi All,
In August 2008 I & my defacto girlfriend were granted a 175 visa, i have subsequenetly become an Australian citizen she isnt eligble until next yr, anyway some people say your supposed to let them know 2 yrs later if you are still togehter, we havent heard a word from them, should we let them know or is it only if they ask?? we're still at the same address etc since it was applied for and approved.
Thanks

I suspect you are confusing De Facto partner visas with citizenship requirements.
If your partner was granted a 175 PR visa at the same time as you then she is a PR in her own right even as a secondary applicant. A continuing relationship two years later is not relevant.
