2 months and nothing
credit card was charged in November and still nothing has arrived to me.
I submitted my IELTS report but my wife had not taken the test that time.
Now, we got her IELTS result and want to send it to DIMIA.
But I have nothing to refer to my case such as Filing ref number. Can we just send her application with reference to my name, passport number and credit card charged date????
Is two-month waiting time a normal time frame????

Anyway, consider that this is a special period, there were Xmas, New Year´s day, maybe vacations for some COs...
Try to relax a little. As a matter of fact, probably your wife´s IELTS result will be asked along with the meds and PCC request in the aknowledge letter.
Cheers
