189 or 190 - Guidance required

I have a total of 60 points and the breakdown is as follows:
  • Age: 25
  • English: 10
  • Education: 15
  • Work experience: 10
  • Occupation: 263111 - Computer Network and System Engineer

I need some advice whether to apply for 189 or 190 VISA category. Please advise which one has the probability of getting VISA earlier.

Your occupation code is part of a group subject to pro-rata arrangements so only those with the highest points are invited to apply (65+). This may also mean that states are applying higher criteria to sponsor but all you can do is check.

I have a question please for the ACS I cant seem to find the thread in the website, SO this is the closest since we talk about marks.

Do ACS accept Online degrees certification I.E Diploma, for example from upskilled.com?

Do they count that for the overall points?

Thank you
