188 Business Visa Help
Hello Guys, just wondering if someone could give me a little advise regarding the completion of the EOI for a 188 Visa - Business Innovation and Investment Visa.
I'm struggling with knowing how in depth I need to be with various questions and am seriously considering instructing an Agent to act on our behalf however, having looked through the application form I presume I would have to answer the questions in order for the Agent to simply apply them to the form themselves?? An agent would be of significant cost to us $20k plus, am I missing something that an agent can bring to the table that justifies these fees? Any advise/experience would be most appreciated, and I thank you in advance for your comments :) Annette |

I think you answered your own question. An agent experienced in this type of visa (and not all are) will know how much detail you need and what type of information and business plan you will need to provide. If you decide not to go with an agent I would tend to go for more info rather than less. A sound and well researched business plan for the state/ territory you plan to relocate to is a must anyway. |
