Hi,
I will be able to submit my visa application (176) in about four month. Beforehand I have to wait for the response from the ACS and I need time to apply for the state sponsorship.
The problem is that I got a layoff just a few weeks ago. I would like to find a new job around as I guess it will take some time until the visa will be granted. By the time I will be able to apply for the visa I would be employed for about two month at a potential new company. I am afraid that they won’t certify me the employment after being employed for such a short period. I full fill the requirements of recent work experience as I was employed for the last two years.
My question is, if it is necessary to provide a work reference or anything like that from the new company or if it would suffice to provide only pay slips and the work contract. I am afraid it is, but they would never employ me if I would tell them for what I need the documents and that I intend to leave them again soon.
The other question is, if it would be a problem not to be in a current working situation while submitting the visa application (in case I don’t find a new job).
I would appreciate any response!
