139 and SOL
Hiya All,
This is my first post on this group.
I have been discussing a 139 visa application for a while and am unsure of
one aspect and would like the experienced opinions of people on this group
(I've read some of the threads and am impressed) on this particular point of
my application.
I have a Vetassess certificate from a couple of years ago which I know I
need to refresh, the assessment places my qualifications as "Business and
Information Professional" ASCO code 2299-79.
The ASCO nominated job descriptions that are nearest my work and are also on
the SOL are:
-2299-17 Policy Analyst / Policy Advisor
-3292-11 Project or Program Administrator / Project Co-ordinator
-2294-13 Organisation and Methods Analyst
I have cross referenced these against my occupation (I have been in this
post for over three years) and no one jumps out as a definite fit with all
of them containing elements of my work. How important is it to get precisely
the "right" one? How is this evaluated against my job description and
references?
I would like to get a clear idea of this process before submitting all the
paperwork.
Happy to discuss.
Regards
KJ
