I applied for this visa in July 2007,
I am a qualified electrician ,fit and no criminal record.
I have had 3 different case officers,
I am still on new SOL (General electrician).
I am Queensland sponsored
I am financially stable
And now because we applied before 1st sept 2007, we dont have a case officer and could be refunded our visa fee, not the med, xray, police check money we have forked out for (5 of us)
Its not our fault the diac was inundated with applications and therefore could not process our application quick enough is it?
So my question is why am I being penalised for their lack of organising the department to cope with the problem after nearly 3 years waiting patiently?

There is an increasing trend appearing on this forum where posters feel they have carte blanche to be rude to those trying to help them. Its not funny, not clever, and not wanted. Offenders are at risk of being banned.

Nobody can answer your question except for DIAC, so don't come onto BE and start abusing people. Learn some bloody manners and lose the attitude...it's not welcomed by anyone!

b) I fail to see how anyone can answer your question except DIAC. This isn't a trend, its reality
c) Many people on this particular part of BE are currently within a whisker of being banned, but I don't see why I should share their details with you.
d) I am actually very sympathetic to your plight, and to the plight of other posters like you, believe it or not.

you contradicted yourself thats why i asked you must have had a some sort of co to have had meds and police checks requested then said you didnt have a co ... kinda contradicting yourself - if you werent, then make your post clearer.
