****** WE GOT IT this morning (28/08/06) ******* (06 Feb 2006 Applicant)
Can't believe it, got our grant letter this morning after emailing our
CO last night following our submission of additional medical info!!! We
are over the moon:>)) Champagne breakfast went down well.
Our timeline is below (or derrickl on austimeline.com)
We are STNI subclass 37 Victoria sponsored and Melbourne bound.
We have 5 weeks remaining on the works to our house in Edinburgh, then
we put it up for sale and hopefully be Oz bound by Dec this year!!!

Jul 27, 2006 More Medical info requested
Jul 25, 2006 Police Certificates Sent

May 5, 2006 Agent courier or DIMIA lost application.
May 4, 2006 STNI Application approved by Victoria

Hi Vegeto,
Bit of story on that one, our initial application sent 03rd Feb was
lost by DIMA, we submitted another which was acknowledged in June. I
then obtained proof of delivery of the first application and got DIMA
to agree to abckdate the ackowledgement to 6th Feb. Difficult to relay
that info on austimeline.com. (see my previous posts about all this to
get an further understanding of my frustrations along the way).
Morale of the story, not impressed with my agent, DIMA need prodded
along the way.
