I am considering using an agency to help me emigrate to Australia and the one who seems best on paper is **************** based in Surrey.

Has anyone used them or know someone who has?

It would be great to get a personal recomendation and also an idea of the fees that they charge.

If a company has asked for their name not to be printed, it won't be.
Maybe tell you something?

Alan Collett, Tony Coates & George Lombard all post on here & are recommended by others.

There are loads of threads on the subject of agents. Have you tried to use the search facility?

Please don't try and get round the filter - it may be annoying but there is a reason for it. As Sallyclaire has said, there are some companies who have requested that their names should not appear on BE and so Admin has placed them in a queue that converts their names automatically to ********.
