"de facto" Evidence - please advice (-:
Hi, Me & Iris are about to apply for PR in australia. since we are not married we
know that we need to proof that we live together for atlist a year. we got all kind
of advices regarding what we have to supply but they ware all general and we don't
know if our proof is ok. the following list represent the things that we ware able
to think about, please if anyone knows if it is enough of if we need anything else
let us know
1. Appartment contract shows we live together
2. Joint bank acount (we have the acount for 2 months now. will it satisfy
the DIMA ?)
3. ID that shows that we have the same address
4. Flight tickets from May (again - not a year) for a vacation.
5. Old Letters that Iris & I got to our place about a year ago.
6. proof that Iris is the benefit from my Life Insurence
7. Declerations from both parents and friends.
8. We might find wedding invitation that we participated in about a year ago.
9. Old photos
these are the things that we have, do you think that the DIMA may ask for more
specific things ?
thanks Nir

Nir - why not do a search on this forum, keyword 'de facto'. There is a hell of a lot of information here if you could just be bothered to look.
To me your application looks a bit thin so you probably need to get more evidence that your relationship is long term. All the best
