Work Visa with out Work Experience?

Work Visa with out Work Experience?
Hi all,
I was wondering if any of you may be able to help me. Myt husband are hoping to relocate to NZ in the near future. We are both Primary school teachers with BAs in Primary Education. I have been told by TeachNZ that I we will be able to get our qualifications registered without experience (provisionally) so technically we could apply for Jobs in NZ as we would be registered. My question is could we get work visas with only one years teaching experience? I know we could not apply for PR with out two-three years experience but could we get a temporary work visa with less experience?
Any help would be much appreciated!!!
