work visa costs

Please excuse me if I seem to be asking the obvious, but we're submitting our work visas tomorrow and I just wanted to confirm what amounts to write on the cheques I include.
My work visa is LTSSL and my husbands is a work visa - other/spouse. The website says mine is £165 and his is £125, but the agent at NZ house said they were both £125. Any suggestions?
I would hate for this to hold up the application but don't want to send 2 cheques with both amounts for mine incase, for them both to be cashed by mistake!!!

also, has anyone sent their applications plain old recorded royal mail or is the norm to courier stuff?
