Work Permit employer supplementry form

I have a job offer from an employer in NZ the company is not an accredited employer list but the my offer of employment is on the Long Term Skill Shortage List as I work in IT.

My question is can they down load the employer form fill it out and email it to me along with my contract then I can post it along with my application to New Zealand house in the UK?

I'm applying for a 2 year WTR visa with a view to PR after the 2 years.
