work permit

Just got my 2 year work permit under essential skills (woop woop!!) but my partner only got a 1 year one through family work visa?? Thought they issue the same timescale as my visa?? Doesnt matter too much as hopefully our residency app will be sorted by then but just curious to know if anyone can shed some light on this??

Odd !
Normally both will have the same duration date. I'd question that with NZIS. Someone may have mistaken the end dates.
