Work experience and qualifications bonus points
 

Hi there,

I'm in NZ looking for IT Management opportunities and have lodged an EOI with 125 points. I need a job offer to take the EOI further.

I've been working in IT for the past 18 years (+10 years in IT Management/Leadership) in the UK and SA, and have a National Diploma in Management and a MSc Business Information Technology. Both qualification are recognised in NZ. (level 5 and 8 respectively)

Is there any way to claim further points for the above experience and qualifications. Current points are:

- 25 points for your age
- 50 points for your qualifications
- 30 points for your work experience
- 20 points for your partner's qualification

125 total

Hi - When we submitted our EOI we could extra points for working outside of Auckland., not sure if it still applies. Good luck
