Work Experience points- Local or Multi-national Company

Dear Seniors,

I need to know one thing.

I have 6.5 years IT work experiences in a local reputed company in Bangladesh. The designation and experience matches with the LTSSL occupation (System Administrator). Besides, my education is B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bangalore University, India (3 Years Degree).

Now,as my work experience is from local company, will NZ immigration authority count the points for it (in EOI or PAR/IQA)?

Or,

They need me work Experience from Multi-national Company and under the NZ comparable Labour Market?

I am confused. Please suggest.

Re: Work Experience points- Local or Multi-national Company

Till now, nobody replied on my query.

Ok, no problem. Again I have explained the details below.

I have 6.5 years running IT work experiences in a local reputed company in Bangladesh. The designation and experiences matches with the LTSSL occupation (Systems Administrator). Besides, my education is B.Sc. in Computer Science from Bangalore University, India (3 Years Degree) which is in the NZQA Exemption list. So I can also claim bonus points from Education and work experience under the LTSSL condition.

On 21-July-2011, I submitted online EOI (with payment) with 120 points. My total points are given below.

Age- 30.5 year : 25 points
Education- 3 years B.Sc.: 50 points
(If NZQF level 7)
Working Experience- 6.5 Years- 20 points
Bonus points for education under area of absolute skill shortage (LTSSL) - 10 points
Bonus points for work experience under area of absolute skill shortage (LTSSL) - 15 points

Now, I have the query. First read the below URL:
http://www.immigration.govt.nz/opsmanual/i30570.htm

According to the policy in SM11.10 (a and b) in the above URL, my working experience meets the requirements for recognition which are mentioned below.

a(ii) relevant to the principal applicant’s recognised qualification (see SM14)

a(iii) skilled, because it required, or enabled the principal applicant to gain specialist, technical or management skills and experience relevant to an occupation that is included in the lists of occupations held at Appendix 6 or Appendix 7.
(Note: Since my working experience matches with the occupation (262113 Systems Administrator) of the Appendix 6)

b. Work experience must also have been gained in a labour market that is comparable to the New Zealand labour market unless:
(i) the work experience meets the requirements set out at SM13.20 for work experience in an area of absolute skills shortage
(Note: Since my working experience meets the requirement of LTSSL in Appendix 4 of SM13.20)

Now, if my working experience satisfy under a(ii) or a(iii) and b(i), would NZ immigration authority award me points for working experience earned in a local reputed company of Bangladesh or they will ask me working experience under multinational company of a country which is listed or it's Headquarter is listed in Comparable Labour Market, in spite of having a(ii) or a(iii) and b(i)?

I would be grateful to you if you please give your valuable opinion.

Thanks and regards

Re: Work Experience points- Local or Multi-national Company

Today I got a mail from NZQA for my PAR result and it is NZQF Level 7. Now, I will mention it in my EOI online application and re-submit it  .

Dear Seniors,

If I try to get for a skilled job offer from NZ (I know it is very hard to get) and once achieve it, then how much total points I will have?

Will this ensure me to be selected in EOI level and finally get the ITA?

Then, what will be the visa type - Work Permit or PR visa ?

( Note: I mentioned current details points in the earlier post)
