work experience evidence
Please could someone tell me what wriiten evidence my OH would require from employers to evidence that he has the necessary skills to do a job and confirm that it would be best to obtain this before leaving UK to assisit in securing work.....

If it is informally to help employers know he can do the job, then a reference letter from an employer and a CV will be the way to go. Look at the NZIS website to see if he needs the former...The website isnt the most user friendly but the info should be on there.

If you are claiming points for experience under the new ANZSCO system (experience over qualifications) in an area of skills shortage, they would like as much evidence from your employer as you can get. I had a phone call with them some time ago and they are not clear about it themselves Written proof of your role, so be clear with your employer what it is you need them to cover and if like in my case, engineering, photographic proof wouldn't go a miss. Also recently read on here to get your employer to put down amount of weekly hours worked and obviously how many years. I think it is only 3 years or more that you can claim for.
