When will I know if my EOI is selected.
Hi Bev,
Just a couple of questions from a nervous wreck!
How do you find out if oyu have been selected and what time of day do they select/announce how many have been lucky enough to be selected?

The amount of EOIs selected varies with each selection.
You would know if you were selected because your on-line status should change.
You may also receive an email, although I am not sure about that one.
I don't know what time is set by the NZIS system.
As you know 140 points is an automatic selection.

I Imagine your online stasus will change, but with the performance on the NZIS website,(Maybe just me, but always have problems logging on) it might take a while before it updates.

You'll know you've been selected if you go onto the website and it will say so next to your EOI status 
If you click on it you get a message saying congratulations, you have been selected from the pool, now they are looking into your application etc etc.
I then got a letter from NZ which arrived a month after selection, got all excited, then found it only told me that I'd been selected and to await further news from the London office!
All I can say is that the selection took place at 1pm NZ time in December, Probably still the same now!
