When to apply

Hello,
I hope someone can help me, Im going to be applying for PR through my work to residency visa, last week we sent of to the UK for our police checks so they should be back soon. What I need to know is can I submit my application for residency a month before I have reached the two years is up? I dont want to jump the gun but it would be nice to get things rolling sooner rather than later.

I'm not sure you can. A quick search on the NZIS website brought up this document.... http://www.immigration.govt.nz/NR/rd...0/NZIS1003.pdf

If I understood it right (page 11), you need to have worked for "at least" 24 months before you can apply....
