Well, its been some time that I posted on here. So, here goes.
Flights are booked for a 1 way trip to Queenstown (via Las Vegas and Auckland) later this month, but, my question what happens when I get to Auckland? Will I have to bring any documentation with me? Or is just my passport?

as long as you have a visa that allows you to stay then you will have no problems with border control. Just don't try to bring any apples in as the fines is quite hefty.
