What is "Date Loadged"?

HI!
I am asking in behalf of my friend and we need your kind support. He has sent his ITA on 21 March 2010. On 24 march 2010, the application status changed to "Application Received" and the "Date Lodged" blank. What does "Date Lodged" mean? When it will get changed? Shall we talk to the processing office?

Thanks

Re: What is "Date Loadged"?

I guess NZIS need some time to make initial assessment to check whether all the papers (medical, NZQA, identity, etc.) are enclosed to the application. As soon as this is through, 'date lodged' should be also visible. If there is anything missing they will request it.

Quoted by INZ:

- Pending+ No visible Lodgement date: Your application has been received by INZ but we must first check whether it meets basic requirements for assessment (is there a correct form/ fee etc).

- Pending + Visible Lodgement date: We have now accepted your application for assessment.
