Hello and welcome to the forum.

I can't answer your question but just wanted to say hello.

In the meantime, you could have a look here: http://www.immigration.govt.nz/

Welcome to BE, having had a quick look at the Immigration site I'm afraid I don't think 120,000.00 USD = 145,811.21 NZD, will get you in as investors.

http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migra...nt/default.htm

Have a look round the Immigration site to see what other visa's you could apply for but I doubt any would enable the whole family to move on one application, could be wrong and someone might be around soon to advise better.

NNoooo. One needs to gain NZ residency first. Then one can apply to become an NZ citizen after 5 years have passed.

If any of your siblings are independent , then they would have to apply under their own steam.

If your Mum has a skill set that New Zealand wants then should could apply and bring in her dependant children on the back of that application but who is go8ing to look after who if Mum is out working full-time?

I'm afraid that $120 US doesn't come anywhere close to apply under an investor category. You would need over $2 million USD for that.

Still, do come back with any thoughts or questions. Happy to try and explore any possible avenues with you.

Thanks for the replies
I think that my heart will stop
We want immigration together
What about the study and then work?
Is 120 thousand U.S. dollars is enough?
What about opening a restaurant or a supermarket
Is there a NZ immigration lawyer here can advise us?
I need any hope

Your older children will have to get their own visas.

120,000 is NOT enough.

B.E. members are mainly British people who have left the U.K. and moved abroad and mostly, their knowledge is based on experience. We are not experts or lawyers here.

read this, carefully. http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/advice/

I realise that you deleted the above post as you probably put it in the wrong place. However, I want the thread to remain to indicate what you are doing on B.E.

Thank you.

You have been given the correct advice already.

They are both going to be very difficult. I'm sorry to tell you this but it is how things are.

was the lawyer on this list?

http://www.iaa.govt.nz/

Be very careful of taking advice (and paying for it) from an unauthorised lawyer.

In New Zealand they are called immigration advisors.

But if you have spoken to one and he says you can do it, then he should be telling you HOW to do it.

yes he is immigration advisor

Australia also difficult?

Anyway
If any immigration lawyer here can give advice to us
Or if here who knows a lawyer to ask him about our case
I will be grateful to him
