Hi Perry - we were referred on the 2nd Nov and the MA got back tous on the 19 nov. now Oh has to undergo more tests and get a report from a liver specialist. Our C/O has given us until the 19th 'Dec to get the reports to him.

Hubby was reffered to MA due to mild liver function abnormality and we heard back with what they wanted within 2 weeks... I would deffo chase it up Perry, that seems far to long!
We, like Ragdolls, have to get more info from GP and liver specialist and submit by 4th Dec for the MA to review and make a decision.
I'd just send a polite email asking for a progress update Good Luck

Hi Flowerpot - OH is having more blood tests on the 24th nov & seeing GP on27th Nov. Once OH has seen GP he will be refered to the specialist hopefully we should be able to get an apppintment on the 3rd Dec. Hows your hubby doing with all this? mine is totally fed up and has said that if these next lot of tests are not enough then thats it he wants to call it a day
Can't say I blame him

Hubby had blood taken last Weds and they have said approx 10 days for the results so he will go see his doctor end of this week/beginning of the next for the results.
If GP is happy all tests have come back negative then they said they'll write a report saying they cant pinpoint the mild abnormality but that it isnt anything serious as he's been tested for x, y & z! They have suggested it could be from taking strong antibiotics for a chest infection a year ago! This is the best case scenario, I do hope they all come back neg & we can send the report to the c/o to forward to MA
We are both really fed up with it but will persevere for as long as we have to, its our dream to go out there and we have done so much trying to get the visa that we wouldn't give up without a fight!!! Good luck lovely x
